What if I miss my appointment or need to cancel at the last minute?


We understand that things come up! If you need to cancel your appointment, just head to your patient dashboard, or you can contact us at hello@moodhealth.com, and we’ll work with you to reschedule your appointment.

We ask that you please provide at least 48 hours of advanced notice, as it allows other patients to receive care that may have otherwise not had the opportunity. Please note that failure to provide 48-hour notice will result in a no-show fee.
