How do I reschedule my appointment?


We understand that things come up. To reschedule your appointment, just head to your patient dashboard, or you can contact us at, and we’ll be more than happy to help with the rescheduling process. 

We ask that you please provide at least 48 hours of advanced notice, as it allows other patients to receive care that may have otherwise not had the opportunity. Please note that failure to provide 48-hour notice may result in being charged a no-show fee.
