What if I have an emergency or am in a crisis?

Mood does not explicitly offer crisis care, but you never have to feel alone. If the occasion arises where you are in emotional distress or thinking about hurting yourself or others, please use the following resources:

  • Call 911 or go to your local emergency department to receive care from appropriately trained professionals.
  • Call the Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 to talk with a live counselor 24 hours per day.

If you’re currently working with Mood and don't feel like you are in immediate danger, but do need guidance regarding your medication or something else, reach out to hello@moodhealth.com to schedule the next available appointment with your provider.
